Qualification: Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Arizona prior to graduating from John Marshall Law School with honors in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Illinois. Jason is an active and an executive charter member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, a charitable foundation organized to fight gastrointestinal cancer.
Jason Wolin’s practice focuses on representation of company owners and leadership in connection with labor and employee relations issues, contract disputes, as well as various business-related cases. Jason also has extensive knowledge in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements including, but not limited to: non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, independent contractor agreements, sales agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and service agreements. Jason handles a wide variety of commercial transactions and negotiations. He is also highly skilled in like-kind exchanges with significant experience in commercial lease negotiations, contract negotiations and corresponding due diligence.
